What we can help with

• Problems with the app: tell us your phone model, Android version and what happened.
• Your account: sign-in problems, email verification, deleting your account (how).
• Privacy requests: access, correction or deletion of your data (Privacy Policy).
• Reports and appeals: content that breaks the Guidelines, or an echo you think was blocked unfairly.
• Suggestions: ideas for features or for reflections. You can also send them from inside the app.

What to include

Write from the email address of your account when your request is about your account or your data, so we can confirm it is you. Never send your password. We usually reply within a few business days.
