Daily anonymous reflection
Not every thought deserves silence.
One question a day, the same for everyone. Answer in up to 200 characters, anonymously, and read what people around the world let echo.
Free. No ads. No profile, no followers, no ranking.
Today's reflection
What have you been putting off that you already know you need to do?
Forgiving myself. I put it off every single day.
ENLlamar a mi madre. Siempre digo que mañana.
ESPedir desculpas primeiro.
PT罪悪感なしに、ゆっくり休むこと。
JA
Only the person who wrote an echo sees how many people liked it.
How it works
Read the question
Every day there is one reflection, the same for everyone. No endless feed: Eckoa wants you to come back tomorrow, not scroll for hours.
Leave your echo
Answer in up to 200 characters. One echo per reflection. No name, no photo, no profile.
Read what echoed
See what others left, like what touched you, and tap Translate to read echoes written in any language.
Made to be calm
Anonymous by design
Your echo appears without a name or a photo. There are no followers and no ranking.
Silent likes
Only the author sees how many likes an echo received, and nobody sees who liked it. No competition for attention.
Short on purpose
Up to 200 characters. Saying less usually means saying what matters.
Checked before it appears
Every echo goes through an automatic check before it is published. If something slips through, anyone can report it.
Every language
Write in whatever language you think in. A tap translates other people’s echoes into yours.
No ads, no selling your data
Eckoa has no advertising and does not sell personal data. You can delete your account at any time.
Questions
What is Eckoa?
Eckoa is an app for daily reflection. Each day it asks one question. You answer with a short “echo” of up to 200 characters, and you can read the echoes other people left for the same question.
Is it free?
Yes. There are no ads and no paywall. If paid features ever exist, we will say so clearly before anything changes.
Is it really anonymous?
Other people never see your name, email or any profile: an echo is shown only with its text. To sign in, we do keep your email address and a protected password. Read the Privacy Policy for the details.
Who can read my echo?
Other people using Eckoa, anywhere in the world, without any link to you. Because echoes are public inside the app, please do not write personal details about yourself or others.
Can I delete my echo or my account?
Yes, both, from inside the app. See how to delete your account and data.
Which languages does it support?
The app is available in Portuguese, English and Spanish. You can write your echo in any language, and other people can translate it with one tap.
How do you keep it respectful?
Each echo is checked automatically before it appears, contact details and links are not allowed, and anyone can report an echo. Read the Community Guidelines.
Is Eckoa therapy?
No. Eckoa is a space for reflection, not a mental health service. If you are struggling, please see our safety and support resources.
When can I get it?
Eckoa is coming soon to Google Play. Other platforms may follow later.
Come back tomorrow.
One question. One echo. Be among the first people to shape Eckoa.
